Privacy Policy

Aislekit Label Print (the "App") is a Shopify app that prints barcode labels from purchase order files, inventory transfers, and product selections. This policy explains what data the App touches and what happens to it. Last updated: July 25, 2026.

Data we access

When you use the App, it reads the following from your Shopify store, on demand, to do its job:

• Product and variant details: titles, SKUs, barcodes, and prices, used to render your labels.
• Inventory transfers: names, locations, statuses, and line items, used for the Transfers print screen.
• Your shop name and currency, printed on labels if you choose.

Data we store

• Your shop domain, app settings (default label preset and field choices), and authentication tokens needed to serve the embedded app.
• Print history: a snapshot of each print job (product titles, SKUs, barcodes, prices, quantities) so you can re-download past jobs exactly as printed.
• A monthly count of labels generated, used for plan limits.

Data we do not collect

The App does not read, store, or process customer personal data, orders, or payment information. Billing runs entirely through Shopify's billing system; we never see a payment method.

Retention and deletion

Uninstalling the App deletes your sessions, settings, print history, and usage counters. Shopify's shop redaction request (sent about 48 hours after uninstall) triggers the same purge again, defensively. We answer Shopify's GDPR webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact); since we hold no customer personal data, the customer requests have nothing to return or erase.

Third parties

The App runs on commercial hosting infrastructure. Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone, and is only processed to provide the App's features.
